About Cheng Ming Tai Chi

Tai Chi is short for Tai Chi Chuan, which translates into Grand Ultimate Fist. It is an ancient Chinese Martial Art.

Cheng Ming Internal Kung Fu comprises the internal side of Chinese Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Hsing-I and Ba Gua. They are practised softly with emphasis on building health, chi and self-defence. Cheng Ming also has many sets of Chi Kung (QiGong) relating to 5 elements, 8 vessels, 12 meridians.

Everyone may benefit from practising Tai Chi, regardless of age or fitness level.
